Placement

Students will be placed in classes based on their age, experience, and dance ability at the directors discretion. Individual assessments may be necessary to determine class placement.

Students who wish to take part in Company classes must audition for placement and are selected by the teachers and director. Auditions can be scheduled during the summer, prior to classes. Audition dates for are announced prior to the end of the current dance season.

Competitive solo and duo performers are chosen at the beginning of the year by the teachers and the director, and are scheduled separately (outside of normal class times) throughout the year.
