Studio West Dance Registration Guide & Payment Policies

How to Register Online

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal

  2. Select “Register for Classes” and choose the “2026/2027 Season” tab

  3. All eligible classes for your child will appear, including any Competitive Programs they’ve been invited to join.

  4. Select the desired classes and pay the non-refundable $50 registration fee per family. Note: The tuition amount shown reflects annual tuition. Payment plan options are available. Costume and/or competition fees (if applicable) will be automatically added to your account.

  5. You must enroll in Auto-Pay through the Parent Portal to complete your registration.

  6. After completing online registration, a confirmation email and a link to the
    Online Registration Payment Form will be sent. This form must be completed and returned to the studio within 1 week to secure your child’s place. If you are paying by PAD (bank withdrawal), you will need to fill out an additional form that is linked to the Online Registration Payment Form.

  7. All families are required to provide updated payment information, even if previously submitted. Important Information:

    Additional Information:

  • The $50 registration fee is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot for 1 week only.

  • If your payment form is not submitted within 7 days of registration, your registration will be cancelled and your spot will be released.

  • To re-register, a new $50 registration fee will be required.

  • Our registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances 

Tuition Fees

Payment Options

All families must enrol in Auto-Pay with either:

  • Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)

  • Pre-Authorized Bank Withdrawal (Request prior to registering by emailing studiowestdance@gmail.com)

Monthly Tuition Payments

  • 12-Month Plan: Begins between the time of registration and July 1st, with monthly payments through June 1

  • 10-Month Plan: Begins September 1, with final payment June 1

Discount for Tuition Paid in Full

If your entire family tuition is paid in full by August 1, you’ll receive:

  • 3% discount on total tuition between $550 – $4,999

  • 5% discount on tuition over $5,000

  • Does not apply to Musical Theatre Production classes

Competition & Costume Fees

Due in Full by November 1, 2025

Payment Options

  • Installment Plan: Spread over 3–5 months and combined with tuition payments. Final payment processed on November 1.

  • Payment in Full: If you prefer to pay your costume & competition fees in one instalment, indicate your preferred payment month on the form, and it will be processed accordingly.

Competition fees are non-refundable after October 1st and Costume fees are non-refundable after November 1st. 

Withdrawal Policy

  • The final withdrawal date for any 2026/2027 dance program is October 31st, 2026

    • Withdrawals before this date will be prorated based on classes taken to date.

    • No refunds will be issued for tuition, competition, or costume fees after October 31st.

  • Withdrawal dates for our Winter and Spring Musicals are as follows:
    - Winter Musical: Withdrawal by September 15th, 2026
    - Spring Musical: Withdrawal deadline by January 15th, 2026
    -  If you withdraw before these dates, you will be refunded 75% of your fee. After these dates, no refunds will be issued.

  • Medical Withdrawals will be considered with a doctor’s note, and payments will be stopped at the start of the following month.

  • Competition fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2026, regardless of withdrawal date. This includes anyone on a payment plan. You will still be owing the total competition amount.

  • Solo/Duo/Trio competition fees must be paid by October 1st. Unpaid fees will result in the cancellation of solo/duo/trios with no refund.
