Online Registration Opens July 3rd, 2023

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal.

  2. Select 'Register for Classes' and then the '2023/2024 Season' tab. All classes that your child is eligible for will be shown. This includes any Competitive programs your child has been invited to.

  3. Select all classes you'd like to register your children for and pay the non-refundable $35 family registration fee.
    NOTE: The tuition amount shown is the annual tuition payment (different payment options are available). Any additional costume or competition fees will automatically be added to your account upon registration (if applicable). 

  4. Once you’ve completed your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with an Online Registration Payment Form  (https://s3.amazonaws.com/dspstudiocloud/5ef677eda7e4a.pdf.) which must be completed and returned to the studio within one week of registering. Fill out the form in its entirety and send it back to our studio via email or drop it off at Studio 3 (place in the mail slot) to secure your child’s placement.  If you drop off at Studio 3 please email studiowestdance@gmail.com so we are aware there is a form to pick-up

    • If you cannot scan the form, please feel free to take a picture and send the picture to us by email. Make sure to include your banking/credit card information.

    • We are asking everyone for updated banking or credit card information, even if you have already given us your info in the past.

  5. Once your payment form has been received, you will receive an additional email notifying you of your payment plan (due to the high volume of registrations, this may take 10-14 days to process and notify you)

NOTE: The $35 registration fee will only hold your children's spot for one week. Your registration will be cancelled if payment options are not received within one week of online registration. To re-register, an additional non-refundable registration fee of $35 will be required.

In-Person Registration

Registration is also available in person on July 6th, 2023 from 6 pm - 8 pm at Studio 1/2 (4866 Delta Street, Ladner – upstairs)

Tuition Fees

  • Payment options: Pre-authorized bank or credit card payments are both available. Our Online Registration Payment Form (https://s3.amazonaws.com/dspstudiocloud/5ef677eda7e4a.pdf.) outlines both payment options. Payments will be automatically processed from your bank or credit card.

  • Monthly payments: Payments can be over 12 months (beginning in July then continuing the first of each month (August 1, September 1, etc.) or over 10 months beginning September 1)

  • Discounts for payment in full: Paying tuition in FULL will now be offered again. Total tuition for all family members that are paid in full by August 15 will be eligible for the following discount:

• 3% reduction on annual family tuition between $550 – $4999

• 5% reduction on annual family tuition over $5000

Competition & Costume Fees

Due November 1, 2023

Pre-authorized bank or credit card payment option
A payment plan can be developed to coincide with tuition fees from now until November 1. Payments are made over 3-5 months, depending on your preference. The final payment will be processed on November 1.

Paying competition & costume fees in FULL 
You may pay for your competition & costumes in one payment if preferred. Please indicate when that payment should occur and we will include it with the monthly tuition payment as directed.

Withdrawal

Our cut-off date for withdrawal from any dance program is November 1. After this date, tuition fees are non-refundable unless withdrawal is due to medical reasons (a doctor’s note must be provided). 

Costume and competition fees are non-refundable after November 1.
